"The product arrived in great condition and went together flawlessly. I read the reviews prior to purchasing, so I knew I needed to ensure the poles were fully seated in the sleeves provided. I just twisted them together firmly while applying sufficient force until I was sure each pole had completely bottomed out. The outer enclosure itself was nice and snug and it required a little bit of shimmying to pull over the frame, but I'd rather it be a little taught and snug rather than fitting way too loose. The folks complaining about the product fitment should take the time to ensure that they've properly assembled everything. A little elbow grease goes a long way! I have had ZERO issues or complaints."
